3 Service Description
RentSheet is a rent tracking and management tool for landlords.
Features include:
- Property and room management
- Tenant rent tracking
- Rent status dashboards
- Manual payment recording
- Subscription-based usage limits
RentSheet does not collect rent payments on your behalf.
4 Subscriptions and Payments
- RentSheet offers free and paid plans
- Usage is limited by the number of rentable units (properties or rooms)
- Subscriptions are billed monthly unless stated otherwise
- Payments are handled by third-party payment providers
- Failure to pay may result in feature restrictions or account suspension
5 Free Usage Limits
- Free accounts are limited to a fixed number of units
- Once the limit is reached, upgrading is required to add more units
- Attempting to bypass usage limits is prohibited
6 User Responsibilities
You agree:
- To use RentSheet lawfully
- Not to misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service
- To ensure tenant data entered is accurate and lawful
- Not to upload malicious or harmful content
7 Tenant Data Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- Tenant data is entered by you
- You are responsible for having permission to store tenant information
- RentSheet is not responsible for disputes between landlords and tenants
8 Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary interruptions.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RentSheet is provided "as is"
- We are not liable for financial loss, missed payments, or data inaccuracies
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on information shown in the app
RentSheet is a management aid, not a financial or legal authority.
10 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- These terms are violated
- The service is misused
- Payment obligations are not met
You may terminate your account at any time.
11 Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software belong to InsularCode Ltd.
You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the service.
12 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be handled under UK jurisdiction.
13 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of RentSheet after changes constitutes acceptance.
